Asked on 11 June 2015 by Hyundai owner. Answered by Honest John. I agree. If glowplugs have been in the head for a number of years their threads can corrode and fuse into the metal of the cylinder head. But if they have been replaced as recently as a year ago there should be no problem unless, as is suggested, they have somehow been cross-threaded.
