Apparently DV only works with MP4 containers on WebOS so technically not an issue with Jellyfin. So if you want DV on your LG TV, current workaround is to remux your MKV videos into MP4 containers. Typing slow as "slow" is readable, adding dots doesn't help or emphasize anything. Agreed. Fair point on my failed point.

The manufacturer will be looking to meet the lowest price point on components, and that means giving the customer the longest wait time they'll be willing to tolerate.
